1. About Hapide

Hapide is an online learning platform based in Albania and managed by Foundation “Yunus Social Business Fund Albania” (NIPT L31525452B), operating as Enterimpact Balkans. It provides open courses and project-specific learning opportunities, resources and related services through hapide.org. In these Terms, “Enterimpact Balkans”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this legal entity.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accepting an account created for you, or accessing or using Hapide, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not create or use an account.

If you are under 16, you must not register independently. Your parent or legal guardian must give or authorise the consent required under Albanian law, or your account must be arranged through an approved project process that provides an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.

3. Accounts and access routes

  • Open-course learners: eligible users may create their own account to access courses designated as Open Courses.
  • Project learners: access to courses connected with Growpreneur, NEET2RISE or another current or future project is available only to participants approved for that project.
  • Existing account holders: if you later become an approved project participant, Enterimpact Balkans may add the relevant project membership to your existing account. You should not create a second account.
  • New project participants: if you do not already have an account, an administrator may create one for you and assign the approved project access.
  • Instructors: instructor accounts are created or approved by an administrator and are not available through public self-registration.

Creating an account for Open Courses does not by itself give access to any restricted project course. Project approval takes place outside the public registration process and may be subject to separate project eligibility rules, participation requirements or notices.

4. Your account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Use one personal account and do not share your login details.
  • Keep your password confidential and use reasonable security precautions.
  • Tell us promptly at hapide@enterimpact.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person or use another learner’s account.

5. Course access and availability

The courses currently offered through Hapide are free of charge unless a course page clearly states otherwise. If paid services are introduced, the applicable price and any additional conditions will be shown before purchase.

Access to a project course may depend on continuing project eligibility, the project period, capacity, funding conditions or completion of required steps. Enterimpact Balkans may add, update, reschedule, suspend or withdraw courses and materials. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption and to communicate material changes when appropriate.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Hapide only for lawful, personal learning and authorised teaching or administration. You must not:

  • circumvent access controls or attempt to enter courses, accounts or administrative areas without permission;
  • copy, publish, sell, distribute or share restricted course materials without written permission;
  • scrape, probe, overload, disrupt or introduce malicious code into the platform;
  • upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or rights-infringing material;
  • harass other learners, instructors or staff, or misuse their personal information;
  • submit work belonging to someone else as your own; or
  • use Hapide in a way that violates Albanian law or the rights of another person.

7. Learning records and certificates

Hapide may record enrolment, lesson progress, quiz attempts, assignments, completion status and certificates. A certificate issued through Hapide confirms completion of the stated course requirements. It does not represent an academic degree, regulated professional qualification or licence unless the course page expressly says so.

8. Intellectual property

Hapide’s design, software, branding and course content are owned by or licensed to Enterimpact Balkans, its project partners, instructors or other rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, including Albanian copyright law.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access authorised materials for your learning. No ownership rights are transferred. Downloads may be used only for the purpose and audience indicated with the material.

If you submit assignments, comments or other content, you retain any rights you hold in that content. You give Enterimpact Balkans a limited permission to store, display, review and otherwise process it only as needed to deliver, administer and document the learning activity, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. External services and links

Courses may contain embedded content or links to services operated by third parties, such as YouTube. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you interact with them. Enterimpact Balkans does not control external services and is not responsible for their availability or content.

10. Platform availability

We take reasonable steps to keep Hapide available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

11. Suspension and closure

Enterimpact Balkans may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, respond to a serious breach of these Terms, or reflect the end or withdrawal of project eligibility. Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may request account closure by contacting hapide@enterimpact.com. Some learning, certificate, security or project records may be retained where there is a lawful reason, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy and personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how Enterimpact Balkans collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data and how you may exercise your rights under Albania’s Law no. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection”.

13. Educational information and liability

Hapide content is provided for learning and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated, it is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for how you apply the information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory Albanian law, Enterimpact Balkans is not responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by a learner’s misuse of the platform, unauthorised sharing of credentials, reliance on external services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Hapide’s services, projects or legal obligations change. The current version and revision date will be published on this page. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, including applicable consumer-protection, electronic-services, data-protection and intellectual-property rules. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the competent courts and authorities of Albania, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you.
